Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
1. Who runs NoPapers
NoPapers is operated by a sole trader (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) based in Denmark. [Business name / CVR number / registered address to be confirmed before public launch.] For any question about these terms, contact zero_zx_3@yahoo.dk.
2. What the service is
NoPapers lets you upload documents (photos, scans, or PDFs), automatically extracts information from them using an AI provider, and helps you store, search, and organize them. It is a personal/household document organizer — not a bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice service, and nothing it produces (extracted fields, summaries, comparisons, or answers to questions) should be relied on as professional advice.
3. Your account and workspace
You need an account to use the service. A workspace can be shared with other people you invite (e.g. household members) — anyone you invite can see and manage the documents in that workspace, so only invite people you trust with that information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including any passkeys you register.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of every document you upload. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload it and that doing so doesn't violate anyone else's rights. You can export a copy of everything in your workspace at any time (Settings → Account → "Download all your data"), and you can delete your account, which deletes any workspace only you belong to along with everything in it.
5. AI extraction is not guaranteed accurate
Extracted fields, summaries, plain-language explanations, and answers to questions are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always check anything the service tells you against the original document before acting on it, especially for anything involving money, deadlines, or legal obligations.
6. Plans and quotas
The service is offered on a free plan and paid plans with higher limits (see Settings → Plan for current limits and pricing). Limits may change; we'll do our best to give notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to upload content you don't have the right to store, to attempt to access another workspace you're not a member of, or to abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users (for example, automated bulk uploads designed to exhaust processing capacity). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this.
8. Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by Danish law. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable — see §4 for how to export your data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
